CikLove mmg pengemar tegar roti and sandwich (ala2 omputeh gitu), pendek kata kalau ada roti, tak pekena nasik sehari pun takpe, sebab tu lah CikLove takde masalah bila start diet no nasik. On that diet, lain topik kita cerita ... Sedikit fact abt Subway di Malaysia .Subway - one of the fast food that offer healthy food and medium calories, sesuai utk yang berdiet. Tapi haruslah pandai yer -
1.Pilihan roti - pilihlah yang wholewheat contohnyer honey oat, and if you really concern on your calories intake, you may opt to wrap. This offer lower calories as compared to bread.
2. Cheese - sumber protien, but if you are seriously on diet, never ask for extra cheese, maintain sekeping.
3. Menu - this is crucial. Try to opt for less fat menu such as chicken slice, chicken roasted, turkey breast. This is more healthier. B.M.T (which is also CikLove's fav) is not a good choice as its contained high sodium and hidden fat in those peperonies. Sekali sekala should be ok! Kalu nak super sihat, order jer vege delight.
4. Vegetables - you can take all, no harm. Some says you should omit olive, but CikLove rasa tak jadi hal lah .. belasah jer ..
5. Dressing - ok, this is the real trap, choice and amount play a very significant role. Kalau boleh elakkan mayonis, thousand island (alamak! nie yg sedap nie) gantikan dengan honey mustard. Tapi kalau nak jugak mayo or thousand island, maybe boleh minimumkan (ingat tau, 1 sudu kecil mayo = 45cal!).
So sekarang bolehlah nikmati sandwich sihat yg kita pilih. Take into account those consideration, the meal calories can be maintained around 350cal - 400 cal (manage your dressing choice well). Of coz,avoid other side menu - soft drink, chips dan cookies (ohhh, the cookies is so marvelous!!) Jomm lunch!!!
